Sewing Project #2 and updates

I finished my second sewing project! It took forever and a day to make only because I had such a small window of time to work on it during the week.  I couldn't sew while my boys were awake because they would take off with my measuring tape, my chalk, box of snaps, etc. You get the picture.

So that is where I have been the last week.  Project number one will be shown off on July 4th. I'm not done with it. I got frustrated with it and decided to put it away for a few days.

Lots going on around here. We bought a new van that Little Monkey thinks is his. It has automatic doors and a moon roof  so he calls it "My Rocketship". And the minute I tell him we are going out he gets so excited he puts on his shoes and never mind the fact that he doesn't have shorts or a shirt on!  He gets so tickled by watching the doors close automatically. Tiger is mesmerized. I think he's still trying to figure out if he likes that feature.

A job change may be in the works for Steven. We thought is was a open and shut thing but his current employer threw us a slight curve ball and wants him to stay. So we are in prayer on what to do. Does he stay? Or does he go to the new job. It's a tough decision. Keep us in your prayers that we make the right decision.

I love the tote! What an awesome job! I can't wait to see project #1! :)
I so hear you about working on things when the little ones are awake! I crochet, and baby B loves the yarn! Can't keep her fingers off it! (maybe because I crocheted a lot w/her on my lap when she was a newborn)...
And the job issue... I can certainly sympathise with you on that. I hope things work out well for you.

Wow!! I am impressed! I don't think I could do that.

I will pray for you and Steven. I am sure God will guide you in the right direction:)
