Oh no!! I hope it comes out! It is such a pretty wall. (I love yellow walls!)Mommys are not allowed to use the phone. Or the bathroom. Or watch tv. LOL
Oh, no!! My son did that to us not too long ago! We tried everything to get the ink out. I think it was rubbing alcohol that finally got it off our walls.
One thing that worked for me was to get a chalkboard (the old fashioned kind-- not a whiteboard!) and put it down on the floor at kid level. Then they could feel like they could write on the "wall" without getting in trouble! And if there was a slip, chalk is MUCH easier to clean up than marker. :)
Oh, that happens at your house too! I have yet to find anything that takes it off easily (assuming it is crayon) and don't make the mistake of painting over it...doesn't work...it shines through :-( Look at the bright side though, it will save you a fortune on artwork!
Clearly just expressing their creative side. Really you shouldn't supress it. And if it doesn't go with the decor there is always paint you can slap on over it!
I can completely agree with you about getting bored on the phone, but I've never colored on the wall...my hand and arms yes...but never the walls! (Just kidding)
Looks like next weeks WW will have photos of the Clean Up?
UH OH better get a Mr Clean magic eraser for that. They really do work when my son was little he decided to put a crayon in both hands and walk down the hallway with his arms stretched out..It was a few years before the magic eraser but when they came out I tried it and it took the crayon off after it being there for 4 years.I tried everything to get it off.So yeah sorry for the long comment...Happy WW
Oh gracious! I guess I shouldn't be pushing crayons on my son. He's just not into scribbling but if he sees your picture and all of the possibilities he has for his art, I think he'll change his mind!
Washable crayons, I hope! I had an orange crayon go through the washer and dryer in a load of whites! I spent the day on it, but I did manage to rescue my favorite white skirt.
Love your blog! Did you try Mr. Cleans magic sponge to remove the crayon? I t works like a charm - even removes pen!!! Don't use it on the kids though LOL

Oh my gosh I have SO been here and recently! (((HUGS))))
LOL - happens to every mom...must be in toddler genes!
Eek, why is it that kids love to do this? At least it's a complementary color to your walls. Hee hee.
WoW! Memories! Mr. Clean Magic Eraser....stock up sista! lol. When my kids were small, that's the only thing that took it off! lol
Mine just eats the crayons when I'm not looking!
Uh oh....someone is in BIG TROUBLE!
Why is it that kids LOVE to color/ write on walls?!

WD-40 gets crayon off of walls! My oldest son doodles with his crayons almost daily way back when.

Thanks for your WW visit and comment.
Yeah, mine just wrote all over my computer monitor with orange and yellow highlighter. Luckily, I caught it and got it off... sigh...
Uh oh! Hope it washes off...!! Too funny. :)
Hope it comes off! We have a wall like that in one of our kids' rooms.
Much aloha!!

Budding artist?

Ruh roh! Thankfully, as others have mentioned, a "Magic Eraser" (and some elbow grease) should take care of it. Good luck!

Oh MY! Do you have something to get it out or are you going to create a mural there? :)
Oh yeah! Been there done that a few times! The worst was when it was done in permanent marker on the carpet, bed, toys, child, etc...
Uh oh!!!!!
Oops!! It's amazing how fast kids can do things when you're not looking!
My how that looks familar. : )
Thanks for visiting Borrowed Freedom.
Blessings,
Susan
You can't keep your eyes off 'em for one second! It's comforting to know I'm not the only one with a little rascal. =)

Great shot! Many memories!
But mom, this is ART!

LOL! I have a wall that looks like that at my house. Ink Pen. It won't come off.
Man! I better keep an eye out when I'm on the phone too then!
Oh no!! Time for "magic eraser"...LOL!!
Yikes!
Mine flooded the bathroom all the way through the floor to the furnace below.
Looks like we both have some cleaning up to do!
Tiff!! You took a picture of my house! hee hee. It is nice to know I am not the only one!
Same here! I still haven't gotten it off the wall!
