Getting Kids to Eat Right is now Easier than Ever!


A few weeks ago I received a lunch from Eating Right Kids, complete with a lunch bag for my kids to try. Right away my boys ate every bit of it. Not realizing that the ravioli was made from whole wheat pasta. They gulped it up. The servings for the lunch portion of the products were large. My boys shared and it was enough for the two of them. Of course they are younger but for big kids this would be filling!

Warner Bros. Consumer Products has partnered exclusively with Safeway to offer a “better for you” eating solution for kids: the Eating Right Kids food and beverage line, featuring the beloved Looney Tunes characters. The product line features more than 60 items across 18 categories including breakfast foods, produce, portable meals, dairy, snacks, beverages and frozen entrees. The line is available at more than 1700 Safeway locations. throughout the U.S. and Canada.



The Eating Right Kids line has been formulated to standards based on the most recent dietary recommendations and regulations from several federal and state agencies. In addition to partnering with Safeway for Eating Right Kids, Warner Bros. Consumer Products has taken the extra step of clearing retail shelves of the majority of foods featuring Looney Tunes that do not meet a “better-for-you” standard. Eating Right Kids is an offshoot of Safeway’s Eating Right Line for adults so you parents can be the example of healthy eaters in your family.



Warner Bros. Consumer Product and Safeway’s Eating Right Kids initiative was highlighted by the Federal Trade Commission for it’s ability to have a positive impact on childhood obesity. So next time you are shopping at Safeway check out the Eating Right Kids line and point your kids in the direction of healthy eating!
