Card Making with my Cricut

Most of you know that I got a Cricut Expression for Christmas! If you didn't know that . . . I got a Cricut Expressions for Christmas. Now you are informed. I have loved checking out all the great projects you can do with this awesome machine. Granted the cartridges are expensive. The Cricut site sells them around 69.99 but the craft stores around here have hiked up the price to 103.00! Yeah. Not getting them from there.

Bought my first cartridge(Wild Card Cartridge) the other day through Amazon. I received the package the other day and started working on cards the same day. LOVE IT!!!! These cards aren't by any means fancy . I mean some of you ladies out there are uber talented in this department but I'm just learning. So here is my first card made from the Wild Card Cartridge using my Cricut!

I have no idea who the paper is by. My stash is so disorganized it's embarrassing. Seriously need some organization help in that area. I added a white cardstock inside card so that the writing would show up. I can't wait to do some more like this. I did a masculine birthday card but I don't have pictures of it yet. When I do that (probably tomorrow) I will post it too.

My husband is having as much fun as I am creating with the Cricut. There are so many projects we want to try. In Fact, we are doing our son's birthday party invitations. They are too cute!

I think what got me into the card making bug was going to a Stamp'n Up workshop a few weeks ago. I got to visit the demonstrator tonight at her home and it was so fun just to get her ideas and see all the new products coming out. More money to spend. I guess I should sell something so I can spend my money . And boy can I spend money! LOL

That's really pretty. I love watching the cricut infomercials. I want the cricut myself but I know I wouldn't use it as much as a die hard papercrafter. There are so many things I want would love to do like crocheting, sewing, and other crafts.
